Stepan Demin

Lead soloist

Born in Izhevsk. In 2009, graduated from the Perm State Choreographic College, where he studied under V. N. Tolstukhin. From 2009 to 2014, played at the Perm Tchaikovsky Opera and Ballet Theatre, appearing as Apollo in Apollo Musagetes; Vaslav and part of the Hungarian Dance ensemble in The Fountain of Bakhchisaray; Franz in Coppélia; the Prince in The Blue Bird and Princess Florine; the Legionnaire in Daphnis and Chloe; and the Buffoon in The Tale of the Buffoon. Also performed a solo in Ballet Imperial, a duo in The Dying Swan, and Pas de Trois in Variations on a Rococo Theme.

From 2015 to present day, has been starring as a principal at the St. Petersburg State Academic Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre.
