Happy Début!

The series of top productions from the Leonid Yacobson Theatre’s playbill, which the public will see at the fabled Alexandrinsky venue this November, will feature several notable débuts. On November 20, the main parts in one of our most beloved shows — Johan Kobborg’s version of Don Quixote — will be played, for the very first time, by our soloist Elena Chernova (Kitri) and Vyacheslav Spilchevsky, winner of multiple national and international contests (Basilio). During the Giselle show at the same theatre on November 21, the principal male role (Count Albert) will be performed by our young soloist Kirill Vychuzhanin. We’d like to wish the dancers a happy début and a fruitful creative career!
