Débuts at the Grand Théâtre de Genève

The Swiss tour of the Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre featured a series of memorable débuts during a performance of The Sleeping Beauty, a ballet production by the renowned French choreographer and teacher Jean-Guillaume Bart, at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.

During the June 27 show, Magda Studzińska made her very first appearance in the Prologue as the Breadcrumb Fairy, alongside Nuriya Kartamysova, who debuted in the role of the Canary Fairy. Whereas Valerie Gomez de Cadiz played the part of the Diamond Fairy (Act 3) for the first time.

During the June 29 show, Galina Grachyova made a début as the Fairy of Blossoming Wheat-Ears; and finally, during the June 30 show, Irina Silantyeva appeared before the public as the Diamond Fairy.

Congratulations!

The Theatre's visit to Geneva lasted from June 27 to June 30.

On July 22, we are opening our summer season in St. Petersburg with new shows at the Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre and the Mariinsky Theatre.
